All orders over £50 are delivered FREE to the UK Mainland, excluding Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland. For UK Mainland orders below £50 the cost of delivery will automatically be calculated in your basket at £4.99.

We aim to despatch all orders within 1-2 days on a Next Day Courier.


All deliveries are sent on a next day courier for delivery during normal working hours and will require a signature.


Deliveries must be checked upon receipt and if any damage is evident, please either sign for the delivery and mark as ‘damaged’ on the courier’s receipt or refuse the delivery. Any damage or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt to including photos of the damaged packaging or goods as appropriate.

If you wish to return an item for exchange or refund, you can do so by giving us notice of return within 28 days of purchase. All items must be unused, in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. You lose your right to return or exchange items after the expiry of the 28 day period. This does not affect your rights for faulty items.

Where goods are returned for exchange that were ordered incorrectly by the customer, the customer will be liable for returning the goods, a refund will be given on receipt of goods being received excluding the original postage charge if applicable. A postage charge will be applicable to send out any exchanged item, we will contact you if any payment is due.

Once notice is given to return goods, you must return the goods to us (in it’s original packaging) within 14 days of the notification and within 28 days of purchase at your cost.


Where the goods are being returned because they are faulty, we will arrange collection at our cost. Your right to return goods in these circumstances is not limited to the 28 day period.

If an item develops a fault after 28 days following delivery or collection, and where the manufacturer has provided a helpline, repair service or warranty, you should contact the manufacturer direct. If there is no such service or warranty with the product, in most instances we will either offer a repair or where this is not possible we will replace the item with the same or an equivalent model.
